Located on the west side of Marion, Indiana, The Orchard will be the new permanent home for Hive Mind Market, beginning spring 2025! Investing in this neighborhood has been an important detail and we are so happy to have been given the opportunity to do so.

This fall, we’d love to share our space with the community, while working on our goals for this new farmers market home. From family reunions to fall festivals, The Orchard is available to make your dreams come to reality!

Nestled on 3.5 acres of private fenced in land, this living apple orchard provides plenty of space to gather with friends and family. While spending time at The Orchard, you might get to see some of our happy wildlife, like hopping bunnies, curious hummingbirds, silly bats, chonky groundhogs, munching squirrels, peaceful songbirds, crows, cardinals and butterflies galore! Our fruit trees are being continuously revitalized, restored and brought back to full health, while our nut trees are producing plentifully! 

With large established shade trees lining the perimeter of The Orchard and open greenspace inside, shade is abundant and there is ample room to run free! Enjoy the pavilion and rustic barn scenery, complete with electricity, party lights and sound system provided. Bring your own decorations, tables and chairs to design your event however you please!

• Fenced in 3.5 acre living apple orchard in restoration with rustic barn scenery.

• Gated & locked entrance.

• Use of pavilion, white storage shed, electricity, party lights, sound system, microphone.

• Local photographers, makers, bakers, artists, and creators available for custom orders and on site-service at an extra charge, with plenty of advance notice.

• One portable restroom on site.

• Trash cans available for use. Please empty them when finished and take all trash with you.

• Limited water on site.

• BYO chairs, tables, decorations (No nails or staples, everything must be fully removed, including trash, for damage deposit to be refunded) .

• No pets, fires, smoking or littering. This is a living apple orchard in restoration with healthy and active wildlife. Do not feed animals.

• Please keep vehicles near the entrance.

• Groundskeeper/owner on site.

• Access to additional buildings is not permitted.

6hr minimum: $100/hr + $500 refundable security/damage deposit.
