1 POP-UP SHOP @ HMM WEDNESDAY NIGHT MARKET

• SET UP: 3PM

• EVENT HOURS: 5-9PM

Please read the following information:

1. This is a free community event in Marion, Indiana.

2. Portapots will be available for use.

3. Canopy tents are recommended but not provided. Weights required.

4. This event is in a grassy orchard. You may park your vehicle and carry your items to your space. Please consider bringing a wagon to use. 

5. Food trucks must be registered with Grant Co. Health Dept.

6. HBVs selling edible items must present ServeSafe certification and follow proper labeling guidelines.

7. Please bring everything needed to have a successful day.

8. HMM operates rain or shine unless there is a threat of danger in which case the event will be cancelled. No refunds. No rescheduling.

9. Please select your preferred space size. Extra space will not be provided on market days.

10. Must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. Registration must be completed by a legal adult. Please view the vendor Q&A for more details.

11. Vendors are not permitted to bring pets. Gardens, wild animals and pet adoptions from the Humane Society will be regular happenings.

12. MLMs not accepted.
